Hi,
I just learned that xorg-server 1.5.3 comes with a known problem wrt
input driver handling.
If you updatd to 1.5.3 and found that your keyboard and/or mouse stopped
working, you either need to set AllowEmptyInput to false in your
xorg.conf, or switch to the xf86-input-evdev driver for your keyboard
and mouse.
See http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xorg/2008-November/039960.html
Regards,
Tilman
