[crux-contrib] Please update your ports in the 2.5 trees

Hi guys, we're quite happy with how CRUX 2.5-rc1 turned out and would like to release the final "soonish". So, please update your ports in the various ports trees for 2.5. In particular, a bunch of perl and python ports need a footprint fix for the new perl/python releases. Programs written in C++ might need a patch to build with gcc 4.3.
