[crux-contrib] post-commit hook

Hi, As it was proposed in the casual irc meeting, contrib could have the same post-commit hook script than opt and core. So if we use commit messages as "[notify] port: Action." automatically then we'll receive a notification mail to crux@lists.crux.nu I can't see any disadvantage, indeed IMHO it's a good feature to have.
