[crux-contrib] Application to join contrib

I am interested in joining the contrib team. I have my eye on maintaining the following dropped ports: bzr dev86 dos2unix iasl ethtool nmh p5-extutils-depends p5-extutils-pkgconfig qiv subversion-perl subversion-python svn2cl I have been maintaining my ports at https://stygian.me/crux/ports, which is listed in the portdb.
