Hi everybody, We recently decided[1] to provide a centrally hosted contrib repository to promove better cooperation between the contributors, aiming to a well working, supported 3rd-party repository. We invite all the current contrib maintainers to partecipate to the new contrib repository; if you're interested please send your RSA public key (~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub) to my private address, together with the preferred username, so I can activate your account at crux.nu. We prepared some administrative[2] and technical[3] description on the wiki. Leaving out the practical differences on working on a remote repo, a significant change is that now the contrib members will take an active role in evaluating new partecipants. Feel free to ask for more details or suggest ideas for improvements.
