Hi there,
Request to change the CLC package guidelines:
1. make dependencies a requirement
2. list dependencies to packages from opt
Additionally, we will place notes everywhere that dependencies can be
wrong, and that people should report bugs if they discover a missing
dependency. We don't want to spend a lot of time tracking every
dependency IMO.
