Hi there,
As same of you probably remember we had a nice get together in Stockholm
last year, discussing issues and goals of CRUX and CLC and preparing
some ideas for the future.
The experience from the last year shows that it's important to prepare
early enough for this meeting, and I'd therefore like to ask your
opinion on having another CRUXCon later this year.
I've made a list of thing I consider interesting and worth discussing at
http://clc.morpheus.net:6999/clc/wiki?p=CruxConAgenda
Furthermore, it's always interesting to see the other guys in real life,
and I personally liked last year's event very much.
The proposed time is november; if we want to do some actual hacking, a
duration of a week would be great. Also this allows for more social
activities. Last year, we met in Stockholm, with Jay and Matt coming
especially from the US. This year's location is yet to be set.
To get an idea of the interest, I'd appreciate if interested CLC members
to take following survey:
--------
1. Would/Could you attend CRUXCon '05 in november this year?
2. Would you attend even if it was on another continent (US <-> Europe
<-> Australia)?
3. Could you attend a meeting with a duration of a week?
4. Do you have any suggestion where it should be held this year?
--------
Kind regards, Johannes

I'd appreciate it if a few of you could test udev 060 and let me know
what's missing from the rules list. I stopped stealing gentoo's rules
list and made my own cleaned up crux version. It's in cvs as
crux-udev.rules if you want to check it out, and the 060 version of the
port uses it. I'm sure it's missing some things so please let me know
and I'll add them before I tag it CONTRIB-2_1. Thanks in advance. :)
