Well, a good time for the meeting is a problem, but in any way 5 o'clock 
in the morning is a no go. Moving to afternoon isn't a good idea either
because Matt has the same problem (-8) and most European friends are at
work. 
Lucas, how about 22 CEST, that's still very early for you but 7 sounds a
