Hi, FYI, I have created the 2.7 branches for core.git and opt.git today.
Thanks, Tilman. I have committed all my changes for core today. For those who cannot resist to test the good, new stuff some remarks: - CRUX 2.7 will be a more than usual intrusive release because we have four library updates which are ABI incompatible: core/libgmp, core/openssl and opt/libjpeg, opt/libmng. Particularly libgmp is important because gcc and coreutils are depending on it. - It's not possible to update the system via ports without extra tricks. - To solve this, I've uploaded a minimal set of bootstrapped packages for i686 to [1]. Please install all of them, the remaining should work via ports.
