I was thinking the same, my ony concern is that it will drive away discussion to the ML and transform the bugtracker in a sort of forum, and we all hate forums, right? :) True, however it has three rather nice properties:
1. It has a (report) number we can refer to later 2. Going back, it provides a summary why a proposal was rejected (if it was), without clicking through a number of mails in the archive. 3. It's easier to fake a "From:" header from someone who's on holidays, for example, than to obtain his flyspray account data; not sure if that really counts though :-) We can start either way (ML or flyspray), and see how it feels.
