Anyway, the idea is to prepare documents in the Wiki Area of cvstrac to allow a participation of all interested parties and to use this as an input for Ian's work. Ian, I'd like to add two requirements for the documentation: we need HTML output at least, and it would be a plus to be able to edit it without a commercial tool.
