[clc-devel] [port update] new release of (unmaintained) libtasn1 (GnuTLS ASN.1 library)

Description: The old url for the libtasn1 is broken ({link:ftp://ftp.gnutls.org/pub/gnutls/libtasn1/libtasn1-0.2.6.tar.gz}) and theres a new release of libtasn1 which has 0.2.10 version number (old one was 0.2.6). The url of the new one would stay same, but the version should set to 0.2.10 from 0.2.6 in Pkgfile of the port.
