[clc-devel] 1.3 status

Hi all, No big problems have been found with the 1.3-test1 ISO so I'll release that as 1.3-final. It looks like most (at least a lot of) clc/contrib ports has been updated to work with 1.3 so I'll upload the 1.3 ISO to the CRUX ftp and make an announcement as soon as some mirror also has it. /Per
