To the CRUX development team: It seems that the CRUX team is going trough some changes, namely with the retirement of some members. I have been actively using CRUX since version 2.2 on all my systems (server, desktop and laptop), and also maintain my personal repository with a few ports. I know i am a recent CRUX user (although i been using Linux based systems since 2002) but i believe i know the internals of the system very well by know. I feel that CRUX meets my expectations of an OS and i feel very comfortable using it. This email is my way of volunteering to contribute, as i think i can give something back. That possible contribution could be as a port maintainer for example. I hope it`s ok if i attend the IRC meeting and if the team decides my contribution would be valuable i will gladly help. Sure, some help is always welcome; I think tromorrow we'll discuss our options for reorganizing/expanding the dev team so you'll be on topic ;-) Regards, Simone -- Simone Rota Bergamo, Italy - http://www.varlock.com
