While installing scrotwm today in a fresh installation of 2.7 (note -
this is before installing xorg), the compilation failed with the error
message below.

$ sudo prt-get depinst scrotwm

Installing xorg-libxt fixes the problem, and I wonder: Based on the port
guidelines [1], should xorg-libxt should be listed as a dependency in
the scrotwm Pkgfile? Or should it remain unlisted because (in general)
xorg will be installed before you start installing scrotwm?

Just curious and looking to fix a problem that vexed me for a bit, or at
least document it for future users.
