ABOUT MY NEW REMASTER OF CRUX 3.0

CruxEX 3.0 2013 64bit Linux Live USB is based on CRUX 3.0 64bit.

CruxEX 3.0 2013 version 130626 uses the LXDE Desktop environment. I

have replaced the original CRUX kernel 3.6.11 with "my" special kernel

3.9.6-x86_64-exton, with support for "extra everything".

KERNEL etc

Kernel 3.9.6 is the second latest available stable kernel as of 130626.

SOFTWARE
Among all installed applications are LXDE, Firefox 21.0, Gimp 2.8.2 and

Wicd. Furthermore compilation tools so that you can install programs from source.
All packages have been upgraded to the latest available version (with prt-get sysup).

USB – Zip file
CruxEX must be installed to a USB pen drive. After that you can easily install CruxEX to hard drive.
