What you find in user contributed repos doesn't concern this list, since the participants have no way of influencing the content anyway.
If you have a problem with a user contributed repo (i.e it's not core, opt, xorg or contrib), please submit it to the maintainer directly. In fact, even if you have a problem with a port in the official repos you'd be better off with either filing a bug, or contacting the maintainer directly.
