Build errors when using codeload.github.com/*/*/archive

I'm trying to install neomutt and libseccomp but both get an error 404 while trying to download the tarball. I did a quick fix by moving over the releases tarball. My ports config can be found here: https://github.com/Isotop7/isotop7-ports/blob/main/libseccomp/Pkgfile What is the proper way to get this fixed or is this error based on my end?
