xorg-server 1.16.0 pushed for CRUX 3.1

I've pushed xorg-server to 1.16.0 today. This release includes glamor, so those of you that uses glamor rendering are advised to remove the now deprecated package xorg-glamor-egl. As usual with xorg-server releases this version is not ABI compatible with drivers that have been built against the old xorg-server. Please rebuild ports such as xorg-xf86-input-* and xorg-xf86-video-* against xorg-server 1.16.0 before restarting X. -- Fredrik Rinnestam
