I did an upgrade on a clone of my current Crux 3.4. The upgrade process went smoothly. I had issues when I tried to run prt-get sysup yesterday (2019-04-24). Today (2019-04-25), I re-ran ports -u and prt-get sysup, and I have a bunch of packages which failed to install: .... pkgadd: listed file(s) already installed (use -f to ignore and overwrite) Concerned packages are: ldb, openssl-32g, p5-parse-yapp, p5-uri, readline-32, tdb. Samba failed probably because tdb wasn't upgraded. My upgrade is not conclusive because I didn't look at errors while upgrading packages yesterday. I will re-clone my Crux 3.4 and redo the upgrade more carefully. On my 3.4 Crux I did ports -u and prt-get sysup yesteday, before cloning it to test the upgrade. This morning, on my 3.4 Crux I did ports -u and prt-get diff. Results are strange: a bunch of downgrades... Is there a relation?
