port rename notification (kde-i18n-en_gb)

      Hi,

I just realized that kde-i18n-en_GB had caps in it, so renamed it to 
kde-i18n-en_gb.  A:

cp /var/lib/pkg/db ~/db.bak; \
sed -i 's/kde-i18n-en_GB/kde-i18n-en_gb/' /var/lib/pkg/db

seems like it would fix this, and enable the upgrade to version 3.5.4 of this 
package.  Sorry for any inconvenience that this change might cause.
