libglvnd and mesa3d 19.2.2

Greetings, all, With the release of mesa3d 19.2.2 some headers have moved to libglvnd. As those headers were previously owned by the mesa3d package a force update (pkgadd -u -f) is necessary when updating libglvnd, then mesa3d 19.2.2 will upgrade as normal. Regards, Matt
