Upgrading from 2.1 to 2.2

Hello, Just a newbie question. I'm allready in posession of a 2.1 system and wants to upgrade to 2.2 in the smoothest possible way. I see no description in the docs on how to perform this. Any suggestions? Regards, Helge Fredriksen
