prt-get seems to fetch the Pkgfile from /usr/ports/wawrzek so it seems to be a modified Pkg from contrib?
Now I know. I had (past, I removed it) in my port collection, as it had been missing from contrib. Since then you added pugixml to contrib and updated it. So I ended up in two port definition prt-get tried to grab contrib one, but for some reason tried to verified it with contrib. I fixed my problem with removing port from 'wawrzek'. Anyway, it doesn't sound right.
