pkgmk -us does not work if $source is empty

Hi, all, Is it by design that pkgmk does not generate .signature files for ports with empty $source? I have many ports that pull their source from git repositories, and 'pkgmk -us' seems not working. I think at least Pkgfile should be signed in such case. - phi
