new repo location and name

      Hi there,

I'm back to Crux and recently changed my old repository
(http://nyc.pp.ua/prt/) to new: http://prt.juef.tk/;

httpup file must be renamed from nyc.httpup to juef.httpup:

ROOT_DIR=/usr/ports/juef
URL=http://prt.juef.tk/
