I am trying to learn more about CRUX, but some documentation pages appear to be missing. In particular, the documentation page for httpup has disappeared:

This page links to an external page which appears to be gone. I notice that this page has not been updated in 7 years. If anyone knows the location of the httpup documentation I will be happy to update the link.

I took the liberty of adding one entry to the installation FAQ.
