Based on your lspci output and kernel configuration snippet, I think all
you need to do is enable this option and recompile your kernel:

The i915 driver covers quite a few Intel GPUs, including that one. See
https://linux-hardware.org/index.php?id=pci:8086-1616-17aa-2226 for some
