No clue if you had chromium on your system already and are just updating I would just pull my pre built copy of it.

A quick prt-get fsearch it looks like you either need to install or re-build protobuf.  Also if you want you can download chromium already compiled from my website http://cruxbrianlfs.org/packages/.  I would highly recommended doing that because that version of chromium takes forever to compile.
