If that is DP83815 chip just set CONFIG_NATSEMI=m (or 'y'). In 'make menuconfig' that driver is under "Device Drivers->Network device support->Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit)->National Semiconductor DP8381x series PCI Ethernet support" With recent udev port/rules you'll probably get that module autoloaded.
