the snd_oxygen driver is on the kernel but it does not appear as kernel driver in use neither as kernel modules available

when I run alsa the output is : -bash:alsa:command not found / when I run amixer the output is :mixer attach default error: no such file or directory

when I try to use the mixer on multimedia (xfce4) the output is GStramer was unable to detect any sound devices...
