Fill a bug report. The crux maintainers will blame you otherwise for posting your issue to the mailing list.
The source was
http://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-$version.tar.gz
and now should be
http://ftp.isc.org/isc/dhcp/dhcp-3.0-history/dhcp-$version.tar.gz
Maybe we should also update to 4.0 or 3.0.6. -- Matthias-Christian
