Where do I see that co "MISMATCH signify". I wonder if I could
misconfigured something?
That is a signify error hidden/truncated by pkgmk. Apply the patch from FS#1476 to see it or run signify manually. From what I remember, usually, you get that message when the pub key doesn't match.
