shadow 4.0.17 changes location of nologin

      Hi there,

With shadow 4.0.17 (in core-2.2), the location of the 'nologin' binary
changed from 
  /usr/sbin/nologin
to
  /sbin/nologin

When you're using nologin as login shell for certain users, you may want
to adjust the entry when updating to 4.0.17.
