Its possible to change the frequency with the clockmod driver, but that doesn't save much power cause the driver doesn't change the voltage.
Thanks Hannes, I was a bit concern about the flag. However, I don't need saving power. At the moment when I turn computer on without the AC the computer clock is lower and even if I turn external power I cannot change the speed. You can imagine that 187 Mhz doesn't give good performance ;) I could change some BIOS setting, but on other hand sometimes I just need terminal to work and even such speed is fine.
