Hello,

I noticed that the gnuplot and icu packages have problem with signatures (more details below). They are both from opt, so I don't want just ignore signatures.

Also, the bin86 cannot be built. Seem that the author left GitHub. New location of the source is here: https://codeberg.org/jbruchon/dev86 .

I created a ticket for the last issue and can create for another ones.
