i did "startx", checked my email in Firefox using Windowmaker and then killed the X with "C-M-backspace" and this i what i get from terminal: (==) Log File: "/var/log/Xorg.0.log" (==) using config file: "/etc/X11/xorg.conf" FATAL: Module via not found (EE) VIA(0): [dri] DRIScreenInit failed. disabling DRI (EE) AIGLX: Screen0 is not DRI capable Xinit: connection to X server lost FreeFontPATH: FPE "/usr/lib/X11/font/misc" ref count is 2, should be 1; fixing. i know it is not able to find VIA driver but even package "xorg-xf86-video-via" is installed on my system. what could be the reason.
