Hello, I have a PS file which has been created with cdlabelgen 3.6.0-1. I want to view it with gv 3.6.2-1 and ghostscript 8.15.4.1. The file is only partially displayed and then gv shows the waiting cursor forever. No error message is diplayed. But I can print the file with the lpr command using ghostscript and hplip. Any ideas how I can view the file with gv? I have uploaded the file for testing purposes to this location: http://home.arcor.de/markusheinz/crux.ps The file displays normally with gimp. I have the same problem before and after updating from Crux 2.2 to Crux 2.3. Regards, Markus

I have the very same problem with your file, same version of gv and ghostscript 8.15.4 on crux-ppc 2.2 with xorg 7.2, so it might be some sort of bug in gv...
Any ideas how I can view the file with gv? I have uploaded the file for testing purposes to this location:
ps2ps works pretty good with that file... the converted file is displayed correctly with gv... yep it's just a workaround but it works.
The file displays normally with gimp. I have the same problem before and after updating from Crux 2.2 to Crux 2.3.
