Trouble booting a fresh CRUX install in VirtualBox.

Hello, I am trying to experiment with CRUX by installing it on a VM in VirtualBox. I have followed all the instructions on the website step by step, right up to the point where I run lilo and reboot: https://crux.nu/Main/Handbook3-1#ntoc9 As far as I can tell, the installation went well. The install process looked straight forward. I divided my virtual disk into three partitions: /dev/sda1 --> Swap /dev/sda2 --> / /dev/sda3 --> /home I used fdisk to set /dev/sda2 to be bootable. While I was in the chroot environment I ran lilo and it didn't give any errors. So I removed the CD/ISO from the VM and rebooted, and I was immediately greeted with the error message: FATAL: Could not read from the boot medium! System halted. So... VirtualBox does not seem to realize that I have a bootable disk. At this point I'm stuck. I cannot find any obvious problems either in my VirtualBox setup, or my CRUX install. Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks for the help. Cheers, Daniel.
