Hi all , I'm just wondering if anyone else if experiencing this problem: When compiling gnome from ports, it gets pygtk from the opt repo and when it compiles it it says footprint mismatch, but if you compile it from gnome repo it works fine?

Sorry, my crystal ball is broken. Perhaps in future you could accompany footprint mismatch "errors" with a log. -- Lucas Hazel <lucas@die.net.au> ================================================= "Clothes make the man. Actually, I was only asking if anyone else had the problem.
And 'the problem' is what, exactly ? (hint:post actual .footprint mismatch that you get). Anyway, solution is simple : make sure gnome repo is at the top in prt-get.conf, run prt-get cache, and compile away ;).
