I am new to crux and although I'm not a linux beginner I'm also not an advanced user. I am running into errors trying to install libreoffice. xmlsec seems to be the cause. CRUX does not deal with optional stuff very well. If you have installed something that a configure script may optionally pick up, then such fingerprint errors happen. You can only add the -if option to ignore such errors i think.
The better solution (IMHO) is to set PKGMK_IGNORE_NEW="yes" in your /etc/pkgmk.conf. This way, only *new* files will be ignored, missing files will still raise an error.
