Thank you Fredrik Rinnestam for the answer. For now I would like to install apache, I will try to copy all the files in the production server after that. Just point to where I can get the right apache package to be installed. I don't know how to use GIT or even ports. http://www.nehemoth.com https://twitter.com/nehemoth When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been and there you will always long to return. — Leonardo da Vinci

CRUX ports consists of a "Pkgfile" - a sort of recepie on how to build a specific package. So if you for some reason need a different version of an application provided by ports you simply: cd /usr/ports/opt/apache edit Pkgfile - change the version= variable to the desired value. pkgmk -d -um prt-get depinst apache But as I said, the current up-to-date version of apache in ports should work just as well (or better). Check the documentation on www.crux.nu for further details. -- Fredrik Rinnestam
