I think we should do an effort for adopting these ports as soon as
possible, otherwise I
propose you to move them into the attic repo (or similar). Alternatives?

I agree with the "attic", "unmaintained" or whatever you want to call it repo.
That way they can be picked up easily at some time in the future.

I've looked over and commented, most of the remaining issues are too 
much sed and patches need to be done if them few ports with alot of sed 
lines are to be put in contrib. other than that i'm  puting in my vote 
+1 for Bart?omiej Palmowski (Rotwang)

I am not a contrib member but I reviewed your ports to check for build time problems (I haven't tested all, because some of them need kde and here it's a bit hard to install kde to test them)

I will attach the little report I made and I hope you can take a look to it to fix some little problems I saw.

I hope it can be usefull.

It's nice to know that there are active people contributing this project.

Sounds great for me if it reduces the compile time.
I'm not disagree with the split unless you can't maintain
those ports (thing that never passed yet with you)

Also, I only have 'aqsis' dependent on 'boost', which I'll try
to adjust it when having some time.

    First of all I'd like to thank all of you who gave me positive feedback 
(especially Romster who pointed many things to improve). I made some 
improvements and clean up to my ports which were messy (due to my messy 
nature probably, they are still far from perfect tho), following tilmans 
advice ill point out few ports that i think would be suitable for 
contrib collection (I'd test them earlier in clean environment):

asciidoc, awesome (libconfuse not in core/opt/contrib/xorg), fbgrab, 
nao(fox not in core/opt/contrib/xorg), ncdu, phun, teewars (I've decided 
to go with binary package + simple wrapper script, if there is problem 
with it let me know), tornado, they would be good for the beggining i 
think.

Any constructive criticism well accepted. Special thanks goes to 
Romster, pitillo, sepen, mike_k, tilman.
ps. Im going off town for few days, so i wont be able to irc or receive 
mail until monday (05-05-08).
