[clc-devel] new libpcap 0.8.1

Hi all,

today I've updated libpcap to the new stable version 0.8.1.
This might break some ports, because of API changes. In most
cases it should work to replace '#include <net/bpf.h>' with
'#include <pcap-bpf.h>' and perhaps some adjustments in the 
configure script. See my ngrep port as an example.

Affected ports:
ethereal tcpdump ngrep freeswan iftop snort arping fragroute
libnids nemesis pktstat
