[clc-devel] Policy for closing tickets

This could sound stupid, but are we using some implicit rule for
marking closed cvstrac tickets?
I've always used the "closed" tag, but I see a lot of "fixed"
lately. I feel fixed is more appropriate, shall we use closed
for tickets that did not require intervention?
(ie: http://clc.morpheus.net:6999/clc/tktview?tn=28,4 )
Just a cosmetic issue, I know.
