[clc-devel] opera, anyone? (port to adopt)

Hey, 

I'm currently maintaining contrib/opera but stopped using it a good
while ago. I think it's a good browser and worth having in contrib, but
I think it would be better if we had a maintainer who is actually using
it, so if someone's interested in maintaining opera, please let me know. 
Otherwise, I'll continue to maintain it, of course.
