where is wifi firmware?

Hi all,
I'm quite new on crux and I'm stuck on a stupid question. I want to use
my wifi device, but I can't figure out where to find firmwares.

My network controller is a Realtek RTL8188CE, so I need

I compiled the kernel with the support of this device.

Do I have to get it directly from here [1] ?
