installing CRUX

please tell us what options you have to work with there, if you're unable
to get to a prompt in crux, sounds like tinkering with bios settings may be
your only option.  on another note, i have pentium 3 boards running from CF
cards on crux 2.8 ( i believe). maybe try that version instead?
