Unwanted (I think) xulrunner files

use the plain pkgutils programs, e.g.

  pkginfo -i | grep xulrunner

to see if xulrunner is listed the pkgdb in /var/lib/pkg/db, and

  pkgrm xulrunner

to remove it.
