[crux64] [crux-devel] 64-bit test run

What were playing with atm are separate ports trees for x86_64.
So opt-x84_64/foo/Pkgfile will only be used on x86_64 and so there's no
need to check the current architecture etc.

I guess I should document the layout I have in mind in the wiki?
